I have a confession to make. As a Plumbing Contractor in Florida, I'm praying for a very, very very, cold & snowy winter up north. (Do I need to explain why? We need work!). Although I think it's working, there's been a draw back........extra cold in Florida! Lows of 29, 24 & 22 are predicted again this week, and for the first time I'm really worried about the veggies in the garden. I'll do my best to cover them up, and then.........we'll see. In the meantime, I want to post this picture I took of my oldest daughter this past summer at the Bridge of Flowers in Shelbourne Falls, MA. to help remind me of the beauty of summer (and daughters!) and the never ending cycle of life.
"Consider how the lilies grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith!" Luke 12:27,28
